PROJECT Accomplishments
The purpose of this page is to provide information on the projects accomplished by TWI for the Children during the past years (Annual Success Stories). This page also provides links to completed projects. Metrics of Success (metrics) for the projects are provided.
During
the past nine years, TWI for the Children, Inc. has successfully worked with
more than 10,000 children in towns and orphanages throughout BiH, in
Serbia and in Montenegro, providing a day of fun and an opportunity to learn
more about the world and America. Learn about our Camps to Kids

TWI has
held 19, highly successful, "Training Workshops" for
more than 5,700 Teachers, social workers and caregivers and adolescents from
orphanages throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Serbia, Kosovo, Albania
and Montenegro. Additionally, TWI has provided more than 5,000 workbooks,
manuals and videos to persons and organizations attending these events. Read

TWI
for the Children hosts projects to send students and instructors
to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Greece and to Montenegro to: (1)
Study
at Universities; and (2) Provide educational opportunities for

TWI provides humanitarian support to persons and groups needing assistance in the Balkans. Projects supporting humanitarian activities.
Learning Center for Disabled Children:
TWI for the Children advises and supports a "Learning Center for children with special needs" located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Read about the growth of the Learning Center in Sarajevo.

Metrics of Success:
Evaluation: Our success is best demonstrated by the continued desire on the part of the people of the Balkans to have us return and continue our projects. Evaluation forms completed by participants indicated strong customer satisfaction. Our Metrics of Success for each project say that we continue to achieved outstanding grades on our project activities.
