Background:
TWI Training 
Workshops began as seminars for caretakers in orphanages and
has become an important part of our work in the Balkans. TWI takes Training Workshops to towns in Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro. The workshops are designed to train
the trainers thus meeting
the needs of caretakers, teachers, mental health providers,
and others who work with children. Training
Workshops focus on such topics as anger management, learning
disorders, attention deficit disorders, stress among the caretakers and teachers,
drug addiction, and working with

Since 1997, TWI for the children has presented educational workshops for educators, caretakers, mental health providers, parents and others who interact with children. These workshops provide instruction in how to cope with disorders in children that may have been caused by war-trauma or who may suffer from drug addiction, learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder.
